Any new software tool used to support a management system must fulfill all of the organization’s specific needs and adapt to its methodology, approval procedure, style of naming each program, and other unique requirements. 

Pro safety allows for a high level of customization to match each client’s unique needs. The following are the most often-used options: 

• Forms must be configured to match the procedures in place at the company. 
• Custom fields can be added to each form and personalized in each official language used in the field label tool so that everyone involved can identify the terminology that is often used in their area. 
• Incorporation of integrated assistance and connections to external material in each pro safety form to assist users in learning how to use the app and reviewing internal protocols, work techniques, and internal criteria for completing certain approvals, among other things.

The most important events recorded in the tool are automatically notified through email, informing everyone involved about the tasks they must do. 

• Individual inquiries, reports, and dashboards are created to meet reporting requirements. 

System Software:

Refers to software that provides operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components. It is identified in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement, and any additional software that the parties may agree to constitute Systems Software in writing. Micro-code integrated into hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software are examples of System Software.
